Welcome to Treasure the Himalaya. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments:

• All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as per the package requirement.

• Full payment must be made before the commencement of services.

• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card.

2. Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellation charges apply as per the cancellation policy stated in the tour package details.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

3. Travel Documents:

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid documents (ID proof, permits, etc.)

• Treasure the Himalaya will assist but is not responsible for delays or issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documents.

4. Changes to Itinerary:

• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, natural calamities, political unrest, or operational issues.

• Alternate arrangements will be made without compromising on service quality.

5. Liability:

• The company is not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents during the tour.

• Customers are advised to avail personal travel insurance.

6. Use of Photos/Videos:

• Photographs or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes, unless objected by the client in writing.

7. Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in [your city/state].
